Step One: Grinding
Nearly all stones will have minor flaws that we will address. For example, this may include light stains to the surface of your stone, etch marks, and scratches. These minor flaws can be removed during our first step: Grinding. We’ll use a diamond abrasive compound selected for your specific type of stone. What’s more, our grinding process is actually 100% dustless – which means that we can grind the entire surface, both evenly and correctly – without being forced to miss low corners – and without making a mess.
Step Two: Polishing
Next up, we’ll formulate a nano-abrasive compound that’s specifically made for your stone. We’ll then polish your stone until it has a high gloss, if that’s you chose, or a honed finish, if that’s more your preference. Either way, we will go over all your options before we get started and you will get to choose exactly what your finished stone will look like. In most cases, not only will the stone look as good as it did when it was brand new – it’ll often look even better.
Step Three: Offer tips on preventative care

That’s why we go over some of the additional services that may work for you to ensure that your stones shine for as long as possible.
For example, outdoor stones often experience algae or mold growth. We can offer unique treatments that will deter algae or mildew from growing. Or, perhaps you want your shiny finish to last as long as possible. In that case, we may suggest sealing. This will not only look great, but will actually protect your natural stone from becoming etched or stained.
